Every item is custom-made for you through Print-On-Demand production. Therefore, please read the policy below carefully.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All items are made to order after your purchase.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
- Small color differences from screen to print
- Minor variations in printing position or size
Tip: Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We gladly replace items free of charge if one of the following applies:
- Product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item / incorrect design shipped
- Poor quality printing that is clearly faulty
To request a replacement:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

Include the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the defect and packaging
- Short description of the issue
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Refunds may be issued only when a replacement cannot be provided.
3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking indicates the order was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Please check with neighbors and local postal services first.
If the carrier confirms a shipping issue, we will assist in replacing the order case by case.

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
(Usually within a few hours after checkout).
If you need to modify an address, please contact us immediately β we will assist if possible.
