At Cozymori, we strive to deliver your cozy, custom-made items quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Area

Currently, we ship only within the United States.

Note:
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. unincorporated territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping for orders $100 or more
  • For orders under $100, shipping fees will be calculated and applied at checkout
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order

3. Production & Processing Time

All items are made-to-order.

Standard Products (Printed Items):

  • Production time: 1–3 business days
  • After production, your order is shipped for delivery

Embroidery Products:

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

4. Shipping Time

Standard Products (Printed Items):

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after production

Embroidery Products:

  • Estimated shipping time: 2–6 business days after production

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Please note:

  • These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
  • The estimates do not include production time
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. unincorporated territories may take an additional 7–12 business days
  • All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address to avoid delays

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your order ships in multiple packages, separate tracking numbers may be provided.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact us at hi@cozymori.com.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and assist with a replacement on a case-by-case basis
  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by the shipping carrier
